Fire Protection Association of India was created in 1999 – 2000 to take up issues related to Fire Protection Industry in India. Fire Protection Association of India was registered under Public trust Act. (Registration No. MAH/MUM/630/2001 GBBSD) Over the years the Fire Protection Association of India has been taking up issues related to Fire Protection Industry. We regularly conduct Board meetings, general Body Meetings as well as take up issues related to the Industry through advisory and Consultative process. It is here that policy and opinion makers come together on a common platform to discuss and brainstorm on issues relevant to sustained development and its equitable distribution. The Fire Protection Association of India has various aims and objectives which are separately mentioned. The Fire Protection Association of India catalyses change by working closely with Government on policy issues, enhancing efficiency, competitiveness and expanding business opportunities for industry through a range of specialised services and global linkages. All this, not only to increase productivity and profitability but also to enhance the quality of life of the community.
